Payment

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full by the due date shown on the invoice. Any unpaid amount may incur a late payment charge of 1.5% per month, calculated on a per‑day basis on the total outstanding balance for each day the invoice remains overdue beyond the due date until the amount is settled in full. The customer will remain liable for all reasonable recovery costs incurred to collect payment in full. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative costs, storage costs, mediation costs, collection agency fees, insurance costs for any stored items, and any legal costs relating to the collection of the unpaid invoice. All such related costs will be enforced and charged to the customer until the full outstanding amount and associated expenses have been recovered. If the debt remains unpaid for 60 days, any unpaid balance and its associated administrative costs will be handed to a third party for collection.

A storage fee of $150.00 per week will be charged after a non‑contact period of 14 days; this applies to any vehicle being held due to failure of payment or lack of customer contact. Vehicles may be stored offsite or with a third party at our discretion, and any costs incurred for third‑party storage will be added to the outstanding balance.

We will work with customers to help manage the process of payment and settlement, offering reasonable steps to recover or offset the debt at our discretion. However, some parts, components, and costs are non‑refundable and cannot be credited due to third parties being involved in their supply or service.
