Service Scope: We specialize exclusively in high-performance vehicle competition maintenance and professional track support. Any services beyond this specific scope will require tailored, custom arrangements agreed upon in advance.
Turnaround Times: Precision and quality workmanship demand adequate time. Estimated service completion times are provided upfront; however, these may vary depending on the complexity of the vehicle and the availability of necessary parts.
Parts and Materials: All replaced components strictly comply with the required competition standards. We meticulously source parts from carefully vetted, trusted suppliers to guarantee both performance and long-term reliability.
Liability: While we exercise the highest levels of care and expertise during vehicle servicing, Dynamic Motorsport cannot be held liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or incidents that occur during competitive events.
Client Responsibility: Accurate, detailed, and thorough communication from clients regarding the vehicle’s history and specific race requirements is essential to ensure optimal and effective service delivery, any information not offered may effect the outcome.
Payment Terms: Invoices are issued promptly upon completion of services, with payment terms clearly specified to maintain smooth and transparent financial transactions.
Privacy: We're dedicated to protecting your privacy. When you're a customer, we uphold your rights with strict confidentiality. We handle your personal information carefully, only using it with your consent and in line with privacy rules.
Return Policy for Defective Items
While we stand behind everything we sell sometimes things don’t go to plan and you may need to return an item.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at info@dynamicmotorsport.co.nz with details of the defect and your order number.
In most cases we keep all stock on site and can fix, repair or replace the items on the spot if available.
Please note: All returns for defective items sourced from 3rd parties are subject to the manufacturer's inspection and final approval. We will guide you through the process of submitting information or returning the item to us (or directly to the manufacturer, if applicable). The manufacturer will then assess the item to determine if it is indeed defective.
Replacements or Refunds: If the manufacturer confirms the item is defective, they will decide whether to repair, replace, or issue a refund for the item. We will facilitate this process based on the manufacturer's decision and deal with you directly around this.
